All orders from Great Britain are shipped via our partner carrier Royal Mail and UKP Worldwide.

Once Royal Mail have received the parcel from our partner UKP Worldwide, detailed delivery information will be shown and you will receive email notifications and Apple Wallet notifications if you paid via this method and have notifications enabled.
At this point it is then possible to update delivery options such as delivery day or storage location. If the package is delivered to a storage location, often a photo of the location and map are uploaded to the tracking page:
Order Fulfilment
All orders are fulfilled by our German warehouse in central Europe. All taxes and customs fees are included product prices and the amount paid at checkout is the final amount. There are no additional fees when you receive the products.
At 3Bears we have created many different products and ranges include porridge, overnight oats, granola, nut butters, toppings and baking mixes. Unfortunately not all of these are available in every region we sell in due to licensing agreements and product languages.
If you would like to see a product available in your region, please drop us an email to let us know, and we will do our best to make it happen!
Our post bears will not only bring your 3Bears Porridge directly to your door but also to your desired packing station.
To ensure that your order can land on your breakfast table as quickly as possible, enter your Packstation and postal code as follows:

We are pleased to announce that 3Bears now also delivers to Switzerland!
Our team has worked very hard to find a suitable solution to deliver the best porridge in the world to Switzerland. Since it is more complicated and more expensive to deliver across the border from the EU to CH, we have had to increase our product and shipping prices slightly. But we are convinced that we have found a good middle ground that is satisfactory for everyone.
Our process is not perfect yet and we are constantly working on updating some areas of our website. Below you will find all the facts:
Shipping
For deliveries to Switzerland, we charge the following shipping costs per order (please note that the minimum order value is 35 CHF):
- Order amount 35.00 CHF - 48.99 CHF*: 9.99 CHF shipping costs
- For orders over 49 CHF* our bears will deliver your porridge to your home for free
Shipping Time
We aim to deliver all orders within 3 - 5 days with DHL and the Swiss Post. We also work with our partner MeinEinkauf. Please understand that in rare cases the delivery time can be up to 7 working days.
Taxes and Customs Duties
All taxes and customs fees are included. The amount paid at checkout is the final amount. There are no additional fees when you receive the products. The correct tax will be shown on the invoice you will receive from our partner MeinEinkauf.
Order and Shipping Confirmations
Order confirmations are sent by 3Bears. Shipping confirmations and invoices are sent by our partner MeinEinkauf.
We offer the following payment methods: Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Union Pay), PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay and Klarna Pay Now.
Unfortunately, we can no longer create manual orders with advance payment. However, we offer the payment method Klarna Pay Now in our online shop.
Once your order is fulfilled you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking link which you can use to track the status of your shipment.

Unfortunately it is not currently possible to cancel orders for Great Britain
To ensure that the 3Bears porridge package finds its way to a breakfast table as quickly as possible, all orders are transferred to our logistics bears very quickly. If the order is not cancelled within the first 60 minutes, the package is unfortunately already on its way and the order can no longer be cancelled.
You can easily cancel your order immediately after completion. To do so, you will find the "Cancel" button in the "Order options" section on the order confirmation page.
Your order confirmation email also contains a cancellation link and you can follow the instructions to cancel your order within a few minutes.
If you wish to return your order, please refer to the "Returns" section.
If you have any problems with the cancellation, please contact our customer service as soon as possible, stating your order number and we will assist you.
If there is a problem with your order, you can return it to us.
Within 14 days of receipt, you can exercise your statutory right of withdrawal and return the order to us.
Please note that all products must be complete, unopened and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns of goods that have already been opened for food safety reasons.

Our porridge is suitable for everyone who likes to eat delicious food and wants to avoid added sugar and other additives. If you want a quick tasty breakfast that gives you an energetic start to the day, 3Bears is for you. Our porridge is quick to prepare and fantastically varied; as different as tastes and diets! It's just right for everyone!

Note: We currently do not have any products in our range that have been specially developed for small children. Therefore, we cannot explicitly recommend our products as baby food. Our porridge mixes do not contain any artificial additives. We recommend consulting a nutritionist or paediatrician before consumption.
After production and packaging, our porridge has a maximum shelf life of 12 months. That's why we guarantee you have at least 3 months to eat your porridge. We ship our goods according to the usual FIFO (First In - First Out) principle, so one batch is shipped until the stock runs out and then the next batch is sold.

However, since our product is a dried grain product, it can usually be consumed without concern even after the best-before date has expired, if stored in a dry place. Nevertheless, we would recommend trying the product first and, if there is a change in taste or consistency, playing it safe and disposing of the product.
Our Overnight Oats glass is dishwasher safe. However, to ensure a longer lifespan and to preserve the print, we would recommend gently hand washing it and making sure not to leave the lid in water for long periods.
Our glasses are suitable for the microwave. Only the lid should not be put in the microwave.
The oven should not be preheated when using the jars and the lid is not suitable for the oven. It is important that the jars are heated slowly and that strong and sudden temperature fluctuations are avoided. There is no set number of degrees.
Our five overnight oat varieties are perfect for cold preparation as overnight oats. We do not recommend preparing them as warm porridge, as the natural fruit flavour is easily "cooked away" this way. Our overnight oat varieties simply taste best cold and we have tailored the recipes specifically for cold preparation.
To make sure the overnight oats are perfectly creamy, we used finer oat flakes in the mixes than in the Porridge Originals. So the mixes differ in their base!
You can still make overnight oats from our Porridge Originals - but we don’t recommend making porridge from overnight oats mixes.
We do not recommend preparing our five overnight oats varieties as warm porridge, as the natural fruit flavour is easily "cooked away" this way. Our overnight oats varieties simply taste best cold and we have tailored the recipes specifically to be prepared cold.
1.) Mix 50g overnight oats & 100ml water, milk or plant drink.
2.) Leave to soak overnight in the fridge (If you need to do it faster, our overnight oats taste good after half an hour - then they have a bit more bite.)
3.) Enjoy plain or with the toppings of your choice.
We like our overnight oats best with unsweetened oat milk, but of course, you can use whatever you like, there are no limits to your imagination. Whether it's soy milk, long-life milk, rice milk, almond milk, coconut milk or even water, whatever you like is allowed.
You can leave the Overnight Oats to soak for 30 minutes or overnight. The special mixture of different degrees of grinding of our wholegrain oat flakes combined with smaller pieces of fruit means you get a perfect preparation result after just 30 minutes of soaking. If you leave the overnight oats to soak overnight, you will perfect the end result even more and it will be particularly creamy. So it's worth preparing them the night before. Just try!
All Overnight Oats varieties have just over 200 calories per serving. It's best to check the relevant product page for the exact information.

Our porridge differs from other porridges due to several characteristics: Our fruit varieties have at least 30% fruit content. Thanks to the large pieces of unsulphured dried fruit and the whole grain oat flakes, 3Bears Porridge has a particularly chunky bite. In addition, 3Bears Porridge contains no additives and no added sugar. The sugar content in the nutritional table comes from the natural sugar content of the ingredients.

Porridge is incredibly easy to prepare. It can be prepared warm either in a pot or in the microwave. Here's how:
1.) Mix 50g porridge & 150ml water, milk or plant drink in a pot or bowl.
2.) Boil in a saucepan for 3 minutes while stirring. Alternatively, heat in the microwave on a medium setting for 3 minutes.
3.) Enjoy plain or with the toppings of your choice.
It also tastes great cold in the form of overnight oats!
A 400g pack of 3Bears Porridge contains 8 portions - with a portion size of 50g.
We use 100% natural ingredients therefore, our porridge contains no added sugar. The sweetness in 3Bears porridge is entirely due to the fruit it contains. In this context, you might be wondering why sugar is listed in the nutritional table. This is the naturally occurring sugar from the ingredients (this is also different from artificially produced fructose), even oats contain this in small amounts.
Our products are a mixture of organic and non-organic.
When producing 3Bears Porridge, we place great importance on the highest quality and absolute naturalness of all ingredients. We never use industrial sugar (3Bears Porridge uses the natural sweetness of fruit), preservatives, colourings or other additives. Due to these high standards and very specific requirements, we do not currently want to further restrict the selection of our raw materials by only considering certified organic ingredients. For every ingredient in 3Bears Porridge, we check conventional and organic goods for quality, taste and origin and ultimately select our raw materials in this way.
Our products do not contain any additives such as industrial sugar, sulphur or other preservatives. All ingredients are of plant origin (vegan) and only slightly processed (dried, cut) to allow as little external influence as possible. Regarding the detailed composition of our individual varieties, we recommend reading the nutritional values and ingredient list before consumption. You can also find the information at any time under the respective product in the "Ingredients and Nutrition" section. (3Bears products).
Our 3Bears Porridge is produced in a German production facility of our production partners, where other raw materials are also processed. Despite careful cleaning and hygiene measures, it cannot be 100% ruled out that the smallest traces of allergenic substances are transmitted through the air. To offer our users maximum transparency, we therefore indicate allergens as possible traces on the back of our packaging. If you are known to have a strong allergy to the smallest traces of the specified substances, we, unfortunately, cannot recommend 3Bears Porridge.

However, when the oats are grown and processed into oat flakes, they are mixed (cross-contamination) with other grains that contain gluten. The gluten content in oat flakes may not be high, but it is not zero either. There is always controversy about whether oats are allowed as part of a gluten-free diet and whether people with gluten intolerance should include gluten in small amounts in their diet. All of our Porridge varieties are ideal for a vegan diet (i.e. free from animal products), provided the porridge is prepared with water or plant-based milk. However, the back of the 3Bears packs still states "may contain traces of milk and egg" for allergy sufferers. This is legal protection for particularly severe allergies, as our production facility also processes other products in addition to our porridge. Despite the most careful cleaning measures, minimal traces of these allergens can be transmitted through the air, which is why this labelling is necessary.

Porridge contains complex carbohydrates and fibre, and oatmeal is generally considered a low-fat and low-sugar food. Porridge keeps you full for a long time and provides nutrients such as vitamins and vegetable protein. One portion (50g) of our Hearty Classic variety, prepared with water, has just 186 kcal. The kcal value naturally varies depending on which toppings the porridge is enriched with and which liquid it is prepared with. We spent a long time and in detail considering what the ideal packaging for our natural, additive-free 3Bears porridge should look like. To preserve the fabulous taste on the one hand and to ensure that the packaging is suitable for food use on the other (air-tight, no foreign bodies or other external influences), we pack our porridge in practical, resealable bags made of 100% plastic. This can be put in the yellow bag and is easily recyclable - this is more sustainable and the porridge stays wonderfully delicious for a long time! We also cooperate with the Green Dot to guarantee a good recycling rate for our packaging.
We constantly keep an eye on the developments in packaging technologies/alternatives because this topic is close to our hearts.

In 2016, our founders Caroline and Tim pursued their dream of proving that energising breakfasts can also taste amazing. When we started in 2016, people thought porridge was a vegetable. 
We were already convinced that porridge was one of the best ideas for a delicious breakfast - but unfortunately, we couldn't find anything good in the shops. All the products were either full of industrial sugar or, at best, tasted of nothing. That's why we started making our own porridge.
Producers we approached at the time couldn't understand for the life of us why we wanted to get involved in the recipes. The big brands usually stay out of it. We were told: "So much fruit? Without added sugar? That doesn't make sense. It's not profitable. That's crazy. Nobody does that."

The name "3Bears" is rooted in a 19th-century British fairy tale - Goldilocks and the Three Bears. All children in Great Britain know and love the story of the bear family and the little girl.
Once upon a time, there was a family of three bears who lived in a hut deep in the forest. One morning the mother bear cooked porridge for breakfast. The porridge was still too hot to eat, so the three bears went for a walk in the forest. While they were away, a little girl who had gotten lost in the forest came across the bear hut. Her name was Goldilocks. Curious, she knocked on the door, but no one answered. So she went in and saw three bowls of warm porridge on the kitchen table. She tried the first porridge. "Too sweet!" she exclaimed loudly. She tasted the second bowl. "Too mushy!" she complained. Then she tried the third bowl. "Just right," she murmured, smiling, and ate it all.
In keeping with this little story that many British children, including our founder Tim, grew up with, our goal has become to create a porridge that is just right. For Goldilocks, the three bears and for you.
