All orders from Great Britain are shipped via our partner carrier Royal Mail and UKP Worldwide. 

As soon as your order is fulfilled you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking code and link to the Royal Mail tracking page.

Please be aware that it can take up to 4 days before detailed delivery information is shown on the tracking page. In the meantime the status will show: We're expecting it

Once Royal Mail have received the parcel from our partner UKP Worldwide, detailed delivery information will be shown and you will receive email notifications and Apple Wallet notifications if you paid via this method and have notifications enabled.

At this point it is then possible to update delivery options such as delivery day or storage location. If the package is delivered to a storage location, often a photo of the location and map are uploaded to the tracking page:

Order Fulfilment

All orders are fulfilled by our German warehouse in central Europe. All taxes and customs fees are included product prices and the amount paid at checkout is the final amount. There are no additional fees when you receive the products.
