5. How do I return an order?Updated a month ago

If there is a problem with your order, you can return it to us. 

Within 14 days of receipt, you can exercise your statutory right of withdrawal and return the order to us. 

Please note that all products must be complete, unopened and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns of goods that have already been opened for food safety reasons.     

To initiate a return, please follow this link to the Order Management section and enter the email address you used for your order.

Your orders will then be displayed.

Please select the relevant order and request a return and you can follow the instructions displayed there.
